VoCare Vitals360 Warranty


VoCare offers a warranty on the Vitals360 device. VoCare recommends that the purchaser, at time of initial purchase, also acquire the optional 5-year warranty. No other warranty is available nor implied. The warranty is a “return-to-VoCare” warranty where the purchaser returns the failed device to VoCare via courier. Upon receipt of the failed unit, VoCare will ship a replacement device to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. The warranty replacement device sent by VoCare may be a new, or reconditioned, unit at VoCare’s sole discretion. Vitals360 units not eligible for replacement include those obviously abused and those that are damaged due to dropping or water immersion.

VoCare professional instruments are only sold to healthcare providers and are not yet available in the U.S. If you are a U.S. healthcare provider and wish to purchase the device once it is cleared for sale, please fill out the form below. When the Vitals360 becomes available for sale in the U.S. you will be notified.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the warranty return. Please complete our return authorization form enclosing it with your return. Any warranty returned item must be in original packaging and in saleable condition and packed according to our Return Packaging Instructions. A copy of the RA Authority Return Form with VoCare’s official RA number must accompany all returns or no credit will be issued. DO NOT RETURN GOODS FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER.
